Insights
You've used your three free sessions
Each person gets three free 40-minute sessions in the web beta.
Solo for Windows
The desktop app is in an invitation-only beta. Ask us about joining.
Tell us how it went
Your feedback shapes what Solo becomes.

Camera and microphone
Use headphones if you can, or keep your microphone and your call audio on the same device, so Solo hears only you.
Beta testing testers only
Anonymous usage counts
Exactly what is sent
One small message when Solo opens, when a session starts and when it ends: event, app version, chrome, windows or macos, camera on or off, the session length in bands (0–5, 5–15, 15–30, 30–40 minutes), whether it reached the limit, and three yes/no flags: first time today, this month, ever. Never your email, a name, an identifier, your address or anything Solo heard or saw.
Account
We keep a one-way fingerprint of your address and how many of its free sessions are used, until 30 days after the web beta ends. Resend, which sends the code, keeps a copy of that email for 30 days. To have both deleted sooner, write to privacy@undercur.com from that address.
Tell us how it's going
There's no feedback form, because a form would mean sending something. This opens your own email app with a message already written, which you can read, edit or throw away. Nothing is sent unless you press send.
